Delete your CalBiss account

You can delete your CalBiss account and its data yourself, from inside the app. No email, no waiting for a reply.

In the app

  1. Open CalBiss and go to the Profile tab.
  2. Open Settings, then Account.
  3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Cancel your subscription first

Deleting your CalBiss account does not cancel an App Store subscription. Cancel it in your Apple ID subscription settings, otherwise it keeps renewing.

What gets deleted

Your profile, meals and meal photos, health days, saved meals, social posts, comments, reactions, group memberships and notification history are permanently removed. This cannot be undone.

What is retained

Purchase and subscription records are kept for seven years, because tax law requires it. They are not used for anything else.

Cannot access the app?

Email support@calbiss.app from the address on your account and we will delete it for you.
